Summary
The Department of Environment and Energy (DEE) proposes to create a register of carbon neutral consultants on the DEE website. The DEE will offer to supply services, in the form of certification against the Australian Government's voluntary National Carbon Offset Standard, to a person or organisation on the condition that the person or organisation will acquire services from a consultant listed on the register, or will refuse to supply services because the person or organisation will not agree to that condition.
