Golden Sedayu Pty Ltd

Golden Sedayu Pty Ltd (Golden Sedayu) proposes to offer potential purchasers of townhouses at its Burswood Point development in metropolitan Perth one of two packages:

• Up to 50% of the 186 townhouses will be sold on the basis that Golden Sedayu supplies the lot on condition the buyer enters into a construction delivery and services agreement with a consultant, Burswood Point Pty Ltd (the Consultant), that is a separate but related entity to Golden Sedayu. The Consultant will then enter into a contract with a third party builder for the delivery of the relevant townhouse (Package 1), and 
• The remaining townhouses will be sold as traditional house and land packages on the basis that Golden Sedayu supplies the lot on condition the buyer enters into a building contract with one, or a handful of, third party builders nominated by Golden Sedayu for the delivery of the relevant townhouse (Package 2).
