The Applicant (Doutmost Pty Ltd, trading as Oliver Brown) owns and operates a franchise business granting franchisees the right to use the 'Oliver Brown' cafe brand. The Applicant requires its franchisees to purchase certain products and services (including but not limited to: food and beverage products, point of sale material, branded cups and napkins) from the franchisor or an approved supplier as stated in the Franchise Agreement. For the term of the Franchise Agreement, franchisees must not sell, advertise for sale or give away any coffee, beverages or foods at the franchised business, other than coffee, beverages or food approved in writing by the franchisor.
