Summary
Kwinana Motorplex proposes to collectively negotiate on behalf of three drag car racing facilities in negotiations with the Australian National Drag Racing Association (ANDRA) and the International Hot Rod Association (IHRA) about agreed terms and conditions and prices paid by the facilities for sanctioning services. Each of the facilities is able to opt out and negotiate individually with ANDRA and IHRA. ANDRA is currently the sole drag racing sanctioning body in Australia. The US-based IHRA is a potential new entrant to the Australian market.
