Description of Conduct
Lottery Agents Association of Victoria Inc t/a Lottery Retailers Association (LAAV) is seeking the revocation of authorisation of A91126 and substitution of a new authorisation for ten years to allow it to continue collective bargaining on behalf of its members over the terms and conditions of retailer agreements and arrangements with Tatts Group, Intralot and any other future holder of a Victorian lottery licence.
On 10 September 2014 the ACCC issued a final determination reauthorising the arrangements for ten years.
