Description of Conduct
The CEC administers a voluntary code of conduct for solar photovoltaic (PV) retail businesses (the Code).
On 17 April 2015 the CEC sought to have the current authorisation revoked and substituted by a revised version of the Code. The revised Code contains new provisions regarding consumer finance, grid connection procedure and privacy. It also contains an amended fee structure.
On 23 September 2015 the ACCC issued a final determination granting authorisation for a period of five years.
