Anglo American Services (UK) Ltd and Jellinbah Group Pty Ltd proposed to collectively negotiate terms and conditions
for the purchase of tyres for mining vehicles and to include Jellinbah as a participating buyer group company in Anglo American's tyre purchasing arrangements.
The ACCC granted authorisation to the arrangements on 3 December 2014, until 25 December 2019.
