The ACCC seeks the direct views of businesses on our performance through our business stakeholder surveys.
In 2023, we invited a sample of our business stakeholders to provide feedback on our performance against best practice principles in the Regulator Performance Guide.
The main objective of the business survey is to provide the ACCC with insights into the ways micro, small, medium and large regulated businesses perceive the ACCC’s performance in administering regulation.
