The Australian Competition and Consumer Commission has made no decision at this stage on the proposed merger of Foxtel/Australis media but is close to a decision, ACCC Chairman, Professor Allan Fels, said today.
The ACCC continues to receive information about the merger which has to be tested. It hopes the decision will be made during the week.
