On 31 July 2020, the ACCC released a draft version of the news media bargaining code.
The ACCC invited all interested parties to provide their views on the draft code.
The consultation process closed 28 August 2020. The ACCC considered the submissions as part of finalising recommendations provided to the Treasurer.
