Description of Conduct
On 13 July 2009 the Australian Payments Clearing Association (APCA) applied for revocation and substitution of authorisations A30228 and A30229. APCA is seeking a replacement authorisations for provisions contained within the Consumer Electronic Clearing System (CECS) Regulations and Manual.
On 16 December 2009 the ACCC issued a determination reauthorising the arrangements for five years.
