Service quality and network performance record keeping rule for superfast broadband networks

The ACCC has published a draft record keeping rule and a further consultation paper on NBN Co’s service quality and network performance.

We are seeking comment on the draft record keeping rule, which will require NBN Co to retain certain information and provide it to the ACCC to assist us in our monitoring, analysis, and reporting functions. Details are set out in the draft record keeping rule and the consultation paper.

We have published the draft record keeping rule and consultation paper and are seeking submissions by 30 January 2024.
