Chime Communications, Optus, PowerTel and Primus have provided confidential and public submissions to the ACCC. Parties wishing to gain access to any confidential submissions should contact the respective party to negotiate the necessary confidentiality undertakings, or use any existing confidentiality undertakings where relevant.
