This report is of an investigation into premium increases in the general insurance industry.
It was prepared by the ACCC at the direction of the Hon Joe Hockey MP, the then Minister for Financial Services & Regulation, to report on changes in the insurance market and specifically on the upward movement of insurance premiums.
