This is the 18th interim report of the Australian Competition and Consumer Commission’s (ACCC) inquiry into gas supply arrangements in Australia.
The ACCC continues its focus on the operation of the East Coast Gas Market. This report provides an update on gas supply and demand and contract prices negotiated by gas producers and retailers. It also provides our review of retailer selling practices, informed by broad engagement with stakeholders.
