The ACCC has granted urgent interim authorisation permitting manufacturers and other industry participants to collaborate on arrangements for the supply of diesel exhaust fluid, known as ‘AdBlue’ that is used in most modern diesel vehicles to control noxious emissions.
On 14 November 2022, the Australian Competition and Consumer Commission (the ACCC) granted authorisation, with conditions, to enable the Australian Energy Market Operator (AEMO) and energy industry participants to engage in certain coordination, input sharing, and information sharing activities for the purpose of ensuring the reliable operation of energy systems (the Authorised Conduct).
The ACCC has released draft determinations proposing to grant Bulk Cargo Services Pty Ltd (BCS) and Wagner Corporation Pty Ltd (Wagner Corp) exempt service provider status under the Port Terminal Access (Bulk Wheat) Code of Conduct in relation to their respective Pinkenba port terminal facilities.
