The ACCC has issued a draft determination proposing to grant authorisation to TLS Association Pty Ltd and TLA Australia (collectively, TLA) Ltd for ten years to collectively negotiate on behalf of its Telstra Licensed Shops and/or Telstra Business Centres members with suppliers of products and services to these members.
The ACCC has also decided to grant interim authorisation to enable TLA to continue to collectively bargain on behalf of its members while the ACCC completes its assessment.
