The Australian Competition and Consumer Commission has issued a final determination granting authorisation to CS Energy Limited, Callide Energy Pty Ltd, IG Power (Callide) Limited and Callide Power Management Pty Limited to jointly negotiate with Batchfire Resources Pty Ltd the terms and conditions (including price) for the supply of coal to the Callide B and Callide C power stations in Queensland.
The ACCC has decided to grant authorisation for 10 years until 12 May 2026.
