The ACCC has issued a final determination granting authorisation to Plumbing Plus and its current and future members in relation to collective bargaining arrangements, exclusive supply arrangements and a catalogue program where members may elect to take part in joint promotions involving recommended prices. The ACCC has decided to grant authorisation for ten years until 3 June 2026.
