On 14 February 2024, the ACCC decided to revoke authorisation A91383 and grant authorisation AA1000652 in substitution to enable the Australian Medical Association (NSW) Limited to continue to collectively bargain on behalf of visiting medical officers engaged in the NSW public hospital system, with NSW Health and public health organisations.
The ACCC granted authorisation for a period of 10 years, until 7 March 2034, as sought.
