The ACCC has released a survey to seek feedback from consumers, businesses, and other stakeholders as part of the annual review its Compliance and Enforcement Policy.

The Compliance and Enforcement Policy sets out the ACCC’s priority areas for its compliance and enforcement activities. It also lists the key factors the ACCC will take into account when deciding to pursue issues or matters.

Feedback from businesses and consumers is invaluable when drafting this policy. Past feedback has had a direct impact on our priority areas.

We want to hear your views on our current priority areas, and whether new issues have emerged that require the ACCC’s focus. We are also seeking your views on how the ACCC can improve how it does its work.

We would appreciate you taking the time to provide us with your feedback. This will help us ensure that we direct our resources towards the areas of greatest harm in 2024–25.

The survey will be open until 13 October 2023.

The survey is available at 2023 Strategic Review - Stakeholder Survey.

The ACCC’s current Compliance and Enforcement Policy is available at Compliance and Enforcement Policy and Priorities.

The 2024–25 Compliance and Enforcement Policy will be released in early March 2024.
