In light of written confirmation from the receivers for Kirby Street (Trading) Pty Limited, formerly known as Australian Discount Retail (Trading) Pty Ltd (ADRT), that its businesses have been sold, it has ceased to trade as a going concern and has been wound up, the obligations in the Undertaking are redundant and were withdrawn.
