AMP Bank Limited proposes to offer discounted interest rates and reduced fees and charges on residential home loan products to consumers on condition that consumers are members of an Affinity Association (known as the Affinity Banking Package). AMP Bank Limited proposes to refuse to supply the Affinity Banking Package to consumers who are not members of an Affinity Association. A list of Affinity Associations is available in Schedule 1 to the notification.
