In this report we're seeking to demonstrate the importance of safe battery supply and design to support consumer confidence in the safety of Li-ion products.
Correction: This publication was amended on 28 May 2024 to remove the estimate of how many devices powered by lithium-ion batteries on average, would be in a household by 2026. The source for this estimate was in relation to internet connected devices which includes both lithium-ion and non-lithium-ion battery devices.
