Assessing cross-subsidy in Australia Post 2011-12

This report presents the results of the ACCC’s cross-subsidy analysis based on Australia Post’s regulatory accounts for the 2011–12 financial year.

The ACCC has a role under the Australian Postal Corporation Act 1989 (APCA) to assess whether Australia Post is cross-subsidising its non-reserved services with revenues from its reserved services.
