The ACCC has granted authorisation to the Clean Energy Council’s (CEC) Solar Retailer Code of Conduct. The Solar Code sets minimum standards for retailers selling solar photovoltaic systems to consumers. Retailers who are signatories to the code must comply with standards covering advertising, contract documentation, finance and payments, design and installation, and complaints handling. The ACCC last authorised the Solar Code in 2015.
The ACCC has decided to re-authorise the Australian Retail Credit Association Ltd (ARCA) and current and future signatories to the Principles of Reciprocity and Data Exchange (the PRDE), to give effect to certain reciprocity, consistency and enforceability provisions contained in the PRDE, until 31 December 2026.

The revenue sharing arrangement facilitates the interoperability between the parties’ electronic pharmaceutical prescription exchange systems. This means that patients can go to any pharmacy to get medicine, regardless of which system the doctor uses.
