Variation request submitted (cease sale and definitions)4 Apr 2013
On 4 April 2013, Telstra requested a minor variation to the migration plan to:
- defer the commencement of the cease sale obligation
- create a new exception to the cease sale obligations
- extend the definition of initial release rollout regions.
Telstra request to vary
Following the 4 April 2013 request for a minor variation to the migration plan, Telstra submitted an amended request on 17 April 2013 in relation to the proposed exception to the cease sale obligation.

Stakeholder feedback was invited on Telstra’s proposed variations. NBN Co also made a number of submissions in relation to the proposed variations.
