Deferral of disconnections in the holiday period13 Dec 2021
On 1 December 2021 Telstra wrote to the ACCC requesting forbearance to defer the scheduled disconnection of premises and related activities under the Migration Plan during the 2021–22 Christmas and New Year holiday period.
The request applied to disconnection Waves 84, 87, 89, 90 and Serviceable Complex ready to Connect premises.
On 2 December 2021 the ACCC agreed to Telstra’s request.
