Transitional migration arrangements during Christmas and New Year period 2019-2019 Nov 2019
On 8 November 2019, Telstra wrote to the ACCC advising that transitional migration arrangements to minimise disruption of customers’ services during the 2019-20 Christmas and New Year period had been agreed between Telstra and NBN Co. Telstra sought forbearance from the ACCC regarding its current Migration Plan obligations in order to implement the transitional arrangements.
On 15 November 2019, the ACCC advised Telstra that it supported the forbearance request.
