Treatment of Service Class 0 Premises19 Feb 2016

The ACCC has consented to Telstra and NBN Co’s proposed approach on treatment of Service Class 0 (SC0) Premises at the Disconnection Date for Service Continuity Regions.

The proposed approach extends the timeframe for managed disconnection of Premises with active Copper or HFC services that are SC0 from three months before the Disconnection Date for their Service Continuity Region for waves with a Disconnection Date between February 2016 and October 2016.

The proposed extension would be equivalent to the timeframe for disconnection of In-Train Order Premises, whereby the Premises are not subject to managed disconnection prior to Disconnection Date + 150 Business Days.
