Variation request submitted (cease sale)14 Jun 2013
On 14 June 2013 Telstra wrote to the ACCC seeking approval of a variation to the cease sale obligation contained in clause 17 of the migration plan. Telstra's proposed amendments limit the application of the cease sale obligation to premises that are NBN serviceable or a 'frustrated premise'.
The ACCC is currently considering this proposed variation.
