Audit of telecommunications infrastructure assets record keeping rules

On 18 March 2022 the ACCC released:

• a public consultation paper
• draft Division 12 record keeping rule
• draft Audit of telecommunications infrastructure record keeping rule
• draft Internet Activity record keeping rule.

These documents were released as part of a consultation process for updating these 3 record keeping rules to reflect the current participants in the market.

Stakeholder submissions closed on Friday 15 April 2022.
