2023 amendments to record keeping rules20 Dec 2023
On 15 November 2023 the ACCC released a consultation paper seeking views on proposed changes to the Internet Activity record keeping rules and the Audit of telecommunications infrastructure assets record keeping rules. These minor amendments were to update the rules to reflect the current participants in the market.
Stakeholder submissions closed on 30 November 2023 and the ACCC published its final decision on 20 December 2023.
