Further consultation on price benchmarking approach16 Jan 2024
On 2 November 2023, the ACCC contacted stakeholders who provided submissions to the inquiry to provide guidance regarding how the ACCC proposes to implement the NBN price benchmarking approach and to seek stakeholder feedback on the proposed approach. This follows NBN Co’s product and pricing changes that will result from its varied Special Access Undertaking.
The guidance paper provided to stakeholders is provided. Submissions closed on 30 November 2023.
