Temporary price notification26 May 2004
On 26 May 2004 Airservices submitted a price notification proposing that its current prices for regulated services remain in place until 31 December 2004. This extension allowed sufficient time for Airservices to conclude consultations with its customers about the implementation of a five-year pricing proposal and for the ACCC to consider it.

The ACCC published a notice paper for this price notification on 28 May 2004. It outlines the ACCC’s preliminary view, which is to not object to the proposal and to call for submissions from interested parties.
