The 2011 Hunter Valley Access Undertaking (2011 HVAU) requires ARTC to submit documentation to the ACCC for the purposes of an annual compliance assessment.
The ACCC released draft guidelines for consultation in 2006, but did not proceed to finalise the guidelines as it considered its participation in Copyright Tribunal proceedings would both test its new role under the Copyright Act and further inform the development of the guidelines.
