The ACCC has commenced a combined public inquiry into the declaration of the domestic transmission capacity service, fixed line services and domestic mobile terminating access service.
On 31 May 2023, the ACCC published a discussion paper. Submissions in response to the discussion paper closed on 12 July 2023.
On 20 December 2023, the ACCC published a draft report. Submissions in response to draft report closed on 16 February 2024.
On 25 March 2024, the ACCC published a final report for the domestic transmission capacity service and 7 fixed line services.
