GrainCorp Operations Ltd (GrainCorp) is an Australian agribusiness company listed on the Australian Securities Exchange.
On 15 April 2009, GrainCorp lodged an Undertaking for assessment under section 44ZZA of the Trade Practices Act 1974 (known as the Competition and Consumer Act 2010 (CCA) from 1 January 2011).
GrainCorp withdrew the 15 April Undertaking on 24 September 2009 and on the same date lodged a second Undertaking. The ACCC accepted a revised Undertaking on 29 September 2009.
