In May 2003, the ACCC accepted a minor amendment to ARTC's 2002 access undertaking for the Interstate Rail Network pursuant to Part IIIA of the Trade Practices Act 1974, known as the Competition and Consumer Act 2010 from January 2011. The amendment related to the definition of one segment in the rail network.
