Hunter Valley Access Undertaking 2011

The ACCC decided to accept the proposed undertaking. The reasons for this decision are set out in the decision document. In November 2013, ARTC submitted to the ACCC the Hunter Valley Supply Chain Alignment Protocol. The protocol sets out a framework for how ARTC and the HVCCC will engage in accordance with the HVAU in order to facilitate effective and efficient management of Coal Chain Capacity.
