About this register
This register contains a record of all applications for authorisation lodged with the ACCC.
Each entry includes a public version of the application, public submissions by the applicants and interested parties, and the ACCC’s decision.
Authorisation is a formal process. It provides protection from legal action for arrangements that may breach the Competition and Consumer Act 2010.
The ACCC must maintain a public register of all applications.
