The ACCC has revoked the interim authorisation dated 31 March 2020 authorising NBN Co and major telecommunications service providers to cooperate in response to the COVID-19 pandemic.
The ACCC has replaced it with a narrower interim authorisation that limits authorisation to a smaller set of conduct related to the Special Working Group that was formed at the request of Minister Fletcher, and to conduct related to the NBN only.
