The Australian Competition and Consumer Commission has decided to re-authorise the TAB Agents Association of New South Wales to collectively negotiate the terms and conditions of service with TAB Limited (Tabcorp) and to participate in the resolution of disputes between more than one of its members and Tabcorp. The collective bargaining arrangement has been re-authorised until 30 September 2024.
