The ACCC has issued a final determination granting re-authorisation to Job Futures Ltd, trading as CoAct, and its members. The ACCC has decided to grant authorisation until 19 August 2026.
CoAct sought re-authorisation to enable it to continue to participate, on behalf of its member organisations, in tenders to provide services to disadvantaged and unemployed people on behalf of government and other organisations; and to require members to agree to restrictions on competing with CoAct.
