ACCC proposes to re-authorise Vision Eye Institute & certain ophthalmologists to discuss & agree fees

The Australian Competition and Consumer Commission has issued a draft determination proposing to re-authorise Vision Eye Institute, its employee ophthalmologists and ophthalmologists engaged as contractors at Vision clinics, to continue to discuss, agree and implement fees to be charged to patients for ophthalmology services supplied at Vision clinics.

The ACCC is proposing to re-authorise the arrangements for 10 years.
