The ACCC has issued a draft determination proposing to re-authorise the Australian Property Institute, on behalf of itself and its current and future members, to make and give effect to clauses in the API Constitution, the API Code of Professional Conduct for Members and associated policies. The API's seeks reauthorisation having recently changed its corporate status to a limited liability company.

The ACCC proposes to re-authorise the conduct for five years and will seek submissions in relation to this draft determination before making its final decision.
