The ACCC has issued a draft determination that proposes to grant re-authorisation to Racing and Wagering Western Australia (RWWA) to continue with the conduct outlined below. The ACCC proposes to grant authorisation for the conduct until 28 November 2024.

RWWA sought re-authorisation in order to continue with an agreement with William Hill Australia (WHA) under which WHA provides RWWA with management services in relation to fixed odds wagers.

The agreement, previously in place between RWWA and Spotingbet (which was subsequently acquired by WHA), was previously authorised by the ACCC in 2013. The conduct has not materially changed since the 2013 authorisation.

Further information about the authorisation, including information about making a submission in response to the draft determination, is available on the authorisation public register.
