To whom it may concern, I am connected to fibre-based NBN. It appears most of my issues with congestion are cauysed by the ACCC forcing 121 interconnection points rather than 14. However, my main problem is that reusing aging copper networks for part of the country will set Australia back decades when we inevitably need to replace it all in 5 to 10 years. Without a majority fibre broadband solution nationwide, companies can't rely on fast connectivity to all their customers and thus this will restrict their ability to innovate and compete. I am also worried that upload or upstream speeds are seldom mentioned in advertising materials. Regards, [name redacted]
