On 4 November 2022, T-Ports Pty Ltd applied to the ACCC seeking to be determined an exempt service provider of port terminal services at its port terminal facility at Wallaroo.
On 17 February 2023, the ACCC released its draft determination proposing to grant T-Ports Pty Ltd exempt service provider status in relation to its port terminal facility at Wallaroo.
