On 7 May 2015 the ACCC issued draft determinations that Newcastle Agri Terminal, and Qube Holdings Limited should be exempt service providers of port terminal services at the Port of Newcastle.
The ACCC invited public submissions on its draft determinations by Friday 29 May 2015.
